What we collect

We collect one piece of personal information only:

• your email address, which you enter into the downloads form on this website.

We do not ask for, and do not intend to collect, any other personal data through this form.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to:

• unlock the One St Paul’s marketing downloads you have requested; and
• contact you about One St Paul’s and related property information from RLAM.

We will not use your email address for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process your email address with your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawing consent does not affect any use of your email address before you asked us to stop.

Who we share it with

We share your email address only as needed for the purposes above:

• Mailchimp (Intuit), which hosts the email list used by this website; and
• RLAM’s appointed property agents for One St Paul’s, currently JLL and Square Brook, solely in connection with this building.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as it is needed to market One St Paul’s, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, whichever is sooner. We may keep a record of your request to unsubscribe so that we do not contact you again.

After you unlock the downloads, this website may store a simple note in your browser (session storage) so that you do not have to enter your email again during the same visit. That note stays on your device and is not sent to RLAM.
